SPOT THE PROBLEM. FIX THE FLOW.

Eighteen options on one screen, rebuilt into a four-step flow — monthly deposit volume up 32%

On 13 November 2025 we reviewed the merchant’s deposit flow and flagged that players faced five payment rails and thirteen banks simultaneously on one screen, with no promotion visible anywhere. The client shipped the rebuilt step-by-step page on 1 December. Below is real transaction data across the 9 full months before and the 8 full months after.

01 — The problem

Eighteen choices crammed onto one screen, rebuilt into four decisions.

The friction in a deposit page is rarely too few options — it is all of them arriving at once. On the old page a player had to weigh five payment rails against thirteen banks the moment it loaded, with no promotion in sight: the single strongest reason to deposit was missing. Our recommendation removed nothing. It asked the same questions in sequence, and moved the bonus to step one.

How to read this: after the redesign the value of each deposit rose markedly (THB 155 → THB 460), lifting monthly volume by +32.3%. Over the same period the monthly count of deposits and active depositors declined — the mix shifted from frequent small tickets toward fewer, larger ones. The two figures belong together.
