SORTED. CLEARER. FASTER.

A complex recharge page, reorganised — monthly deposit volume up about 41%

On 18 October 2025 we reviewed the merchant’s recharge flow. The old page showed wallet information, promotions, multiple deposit methods, banks and payment types at the same time, while a long drawer mixed banks and channels together. We made four recommendations; the client shipped on 15 January 2026. Below are the 9 full months before and 6 full months after.

01 — The problem

The old recharge page was overloaded: wallet, promotions, methods, banks and channels all competed for attention.

Before the redesign, the recharge page was already dense: wallet and navigation on the left, while the central panel showed Thai payment gateways (2C2P / GBPrimePay), deposit methods, Thai banks and THB amounts at the same time. On the right, “Search Bank Option” mixed banks and payment types in one long list.

Beyond the mixed drawer, the main panel also stacked Payment Gateway → Bank Transfer → Bank → Amount, making the flow feel heavy.

BeforeTransition (advice given, page not yet live)AfterPartial month (to the 18th)

Important context: the merchant was expanding through this period, with monthly active depositors rising from 182 to 228 (+25.3%). The +40.9% increase in monthly volume is therefore not attributable to the deposit page alone — most of it reflects a larger player base. The metric the redesign accounts for directly is average ticket, up from THB 438 to THB 472 (+7.8%).
